Why Can't I Return My Digital Download?

Etsy does not allow for returns of digital items. I do not refund files that have been downloaded. If you encounter a problem with your order contact me through Etsy Messaging immediately, and I will see if the issue can be resolved. I am happy to help if I can. I do not email files outside of the established Etsy file delivery method.

How Do I Download My Digital File?

Digital items you’ve purchased can be viewed and downloaded from the Purchases and Reviews section of your Etsy account: To access your digital files from your account: • Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. • Go to Purchases and Reviews. • Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. • You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should Instant Download on the images for the item. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey.

I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an Etsy account

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after the purchase.

I’m having trouble downloading my files

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again. If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact the seller through Etsy Messages for further assistance. The type of file you’ll be downloading is shown under the Highlights section of a digital listing. If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type. If you continue to have trouble, contact Etsy Support.

Raven Digital Files are designed and printed as 8.5" x 11". Most designs are *Landscape orientation allowing the junk journal maker to print then fold in half to be easily added to signatures with a finished size (folded) of 5.5" wide by 8.5" tall. *Landscape images align with the horizon line. The photo is wider than it is tall, to capture the vastness of a natural setting. This view is landscape orientation or horizontal orientation. Your TV screen is an example of landscape mode.

I downloaded my digital files but now I can't find them on my device!

Your files should automatically download to the Downloads File on your device.
