Q: What are the plush made of?
A: The plush animals are crafted with a combination of soft plush, high-quality polyester fur, and fluffy cotton fillings.

Q: What types of animals can you create?
A: Our most popular orders are for custom dogs and cats, but we can also make other furry animals such as mice, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds such as Pigeons and Cockatiels (please select size 6-9 inches), and horses (please select 22-24 inches).

Q: What size should I select for my plush replica? A: To ensure correct proportions, it's important to choose a size that accurately matches your pet. Measure your pet from the top of the head to the end of the butt, excluding the tail. Here’s a general guideline:
• For small animals like mice, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, pigeons, and cockatiels, select a size between 6-9 inches.
• For small dogs and cats, opt for 10-12 inches.
• The most popular choice for most medium-sized dogs and cats is 16-18 inches.
• For large dogs, kangaroos, and horses, choose 22-24 inches.
Selecting the correct size will help achieve the best representation of your pet.

Q: How big is your plush pet?
A: Our measurement is from the top of the head to the end of the butt (excluding the tail).
Correct size is important. To create the plush replica with the correct proportion, please select the correct size of your pet.

A: We offer three choices: closed no tongue, closed with tongue, open with tongue.

A: We offer three positions: standing, sitting, laying (standard)

Returns and Customer Service:
Q: Can I return my custom plush animal?
A: Since the plush animals are customized to your specifications and approved by you before production, we do not accept returns.

Q: Can I preview my order?
A: Yes. We will send you images of the plush animal for your review and approval. We will modify based on your feedback. Each modification will take additional 3-5 days. Your order will only be shipped after you approve the final design, or 6 weeks after the order is placed if we do not hear back from you.

After you place order, please send us the images via message or email us. To ensure the best outcome and avoid any delays, please provide high-quality images of your pet, showing the face, chest, belly, both sides, and tail. Shipping and Delivery:

A: Yes, we offer express worldwide shipping with tracking via USPS/EMS/DHL/UPS/Fedex (depending on your location)

A: Your telephone number is essential for the shipping company to ensure a smooth delivery. Rest assured, your number will solely be used for delivery purposes and will not be shared.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Delivery time varies based on your location, and can take 6-14 days.

Q: What is the production turnaround time?
A: For normal orders, preview images will be sent within 3-4 weeks of the order, and production will be completed 2 days after your approval. The total time from order to delivery can range from 4 weeks to 6 weeks, depending on how quickly you approve the previews and the number of modifications.
If you need your item sooner, we offer a rush service for 4 weeks or a super rush service for 2-3 weeks (from order to delivery).

Q: Is shipping cost included in the price?
A: Shipping cost is included in the price, and there are no additional hidden fees.

Q: Do you offer discounts for multiple items in the same order?
A: We do not offer discounts for 1-3 identical pieces. If you would like to order more than 3 identical plush animals, please contact us.

Q: How can I track the progress of my order?
A: We will send you three notifications:
1. A notification that the order is received, and all the required information is received that design has started or additional information is needed (within 1 week)
2. A notification that production is completed, including preview images (approx. 2-4 weeks)
3. A notification with a tracking number when your order is shipped (approx. 2-4 days after your approval).

Custom Taxes and Duties:
Q: Who is responsible for paying customs taxes and duties?
A: There is no custom taxes and duties for plush items for most of the countries. However, If your country requires, the custom taxes and duties of your country is your responsibility. We will provide you with appropriate receipt upon your request.
