I ordered this item as a Christmas gift well before Christmas, and it was promised to arrive by December the 17th. Unfortunately, it didn’t arrive until after Christmas in the 30th. I had to contact the seller myself several times to get updates. I felt like my order got lost or over looked somehow. Overall, the item is nice and what we wanted but the shipping and customer service was not great at all.
