Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! All our sets are custom-made to order. You can choose your preferred length, shape, and size when placing your order. If you have a specific design in mind, feel free to contact us.

What shapes and lengths do you offer?

We offer a range of nail shapes: Coffin, Stiletto, and Square. Lengths range from Short to 10XL. In the description of each listing, we always specify which length and shape are shown in the advertised picture.

What is included in the nail set?

Each set includes everything you need for application: your custom nail, nail glue, nail file cuticle pusher, alcohol prep pad, glue tabs.

How do I know my size?

The best way to find out your size is to measure your nails. Please follow this guide: Using transparent tape, place it across the largest part of your nail. Mark the two sides of your nail on the tape with a pen. Remove the tape and measure it with a ruler. Note the size for each nail (e.g., Thumb - 18mm, Index - 15mm, Middle - 10mm, etc.). Order your nail set by choosing 'custom' for size and leaving a note with measurements for each nail. If you’re unsure about your size, contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you or send you a sizing kit. However, if the wrong size is ordered, it is the customer’s responsibility.

Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes! Please DM us with your request, and we’ll be happy to discuss bulk pricing and options.

How long does it take to process my order?

As all sets are made to order, processing times are currently 1–3 working days.

How long does shipping take?

EU: 1–4 working days UK: 4–10 working days US and the rest of the world: Up to 12 working days

All nails are custom and made to order.
Standard sizes are as follows: XS, S, M,L. Please see a size chart for measuring guide, order a sizing kit or drop us a message if you need advice 💖. We can also do custom size, just choose 'custom' as size, add 'personalisation' and leave a note with your nail sizes.

Unfortunately, returns and refunds are not accepted due to the custom nature of the product, so please double-check your size before ordering. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect sizes.

Designs may vary slightly as they are all hand-painted. Any charms/bling may vary depending on inventory.

Nails come with the full application kit which includes: cuticle pusher, nail file, alcohol wipe, nail glue and adhesive nail tabs. You don't need to buy anything extra to apply and take care of your nails.
