Address Issues: If the courier finds the address you provided to be incomplete or incorrect, the package will be sent back to the facility. I'll need to confirm your updated address before reshipping, and there may be an additional cost for this. Unclaimed Packages: If your package isn’t claimed and gets returned to the facility, I'll gladly resend it, but you'll be responsible for the shipping costs.
