Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time Free, you will receive the dress in 15-25 days after payment. Standard delivery, you will receive the dress in 10-15 days after payment. Rush delivery, you will receive it in 7-10 days after payment. If you need the ball gown urgently. Please note us the date you need the ball gown, we will put your order on prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

What if I don’t like the item, can I return it back?

WOW! I was a little bit sceptical when buying; price and speed seemed too good to be true. When it arrived (early might I add! Tracking and shipping info was good too) I took it out of the packaging and was immediately impressed by the quality of the fabric, especially the bodice! I didn't think it would be a good fit: no way could someone make a custom order that quick. But I was wrong!!!!! It fits perfectly!!!! Even the length is perfect! (I'm only 5ft so it never happens). I am absolutely in love with it! I can't wait to wear it to my birthday party!!!! THANK YOU <3
