We ship worldwide via USPS generally 1-3 business days after payment is cleared. Each listing has a scheduled shipping date.

Orders are shipped to the shipping address that you provide upon checkout thorough Paypal or Etsy.

PACKING AND PACKING SLIPS
All items are packed with care. We sometimes open and inspect stamp sets to make sure stamps are included. Some of the paints and paint sets are taken out of packaging and mailed in separate plastic bags for airmail shipping.

Please do not ask for us to mark your order as a gift or for a lesser value on customs forms. All packages are labeled correctly and weighed properly.

EU BUYERS have 14 days after shipment to contact me and to return items. Item(s) returned must be returned new, unopened in the same packaging. Buyer pays shipping costs and the return shipping cost may be about what you paid to receive the items(s).

A package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included on Etsy, and are paid by the buyer. If you want to check the possibility of duty and/or custom charges prior to purchase, I recommend using www.dutycalculator.com I am not responsible for items being held in customs, nor for customs tariffs, taxes or VAT fees. You (Buyer) agree to pay any and all fees that may incur upon arrival of your package.

Parcels which have not been collected may eventually be returned to sender by Customs or the Postal Service. We are able to resend packages but it will be necessary for the buyer to pay a second shipping fee.

I am not Vat Registered and cannot collect vat taxes.

If a package arrives damaged or with missing items, please keep the package and all packaging materials for an insurance claim. Contact me immediately as we have a short time to file a claim. You (the buyer) agree to fill out the required information for the insurance company to obtain a refund. The insurance company will require a buyer affidavit and may require other items such as pictures to prove damage or loss.

If a purchase is returned uncollected (incorrect address or any other reason) and the order had free shipping, the customer will be resposible for the orginal shipping cost of the order. The orginal shipping cost of the order will be deducted from any refund.

Once an item is cut (like leather cording) for a custom order (custom cut) the order is not able to be cancelled.

US sales tax is charged and collected by Etsy. It will be calculated in your cart at check out and is not included in the price of the items.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES: Contact us for authorization within 3 days. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition; new, unopened in the original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer pays shipping fees to return items. Buyer is responsible for merchandise until it is received and inspected. Insurance and tracking is recommended. If buyer received free shipping on their order, they must pay 15% restocking fee.
If a seal is broken or package opened we will not accept a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE Check your order upon recept. Customers have 10 days to contact us for defective merchandise. We exchange defective merchandise

CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ORDERS Leather Cording or other items cut to length are considered a custom order (customer cut) and cannot be returned.

If a package does not arrive, buyer must contact us within 12 weeks so we are able to start an insurance claim. In order for insurance to pay a claim, Insurance purchased through Etsy requires a Buyer affidavit stating the package wasn't received.

Buyer must fill out the Buyer Affidavit and accepts responsibility for filling this this form out before another package is shipped or a refund received. Buyer has 100 days from the shipment date to fill the buyer affidavit out. If the insurance company denies the claim based on information received from the buyer the sale will be considered final.

For Express Shipping orders, a refund will be given to the customer if USPS fails to deliver on time if we receive a refund from USPS.
