Fed Ex sent me an email several days after they delivered the Merino wool comforter that I purchased from Meri in Poland. The email said I owe them $30.50 USD for shipping. This added cost was not included on the invoice or receipt at the time of purchase on Etsy. The shipping charges listed on the receipt were $66.41. Fed Ex wants $30.50 more from me for duties. So, in total, I am paying $96.91 for an item that costs $160.50 on Etsy. That is 61 percent of the cost of the item itself. That's is excluding taxes, which came to another $18.26. European sellers on Etsy need to place large, clear statements on their pages and shipping estimate that warn US purchasers of additional duties for items purchased from Brexit countries.
Well made, good quality,warm and cosy. Slightly smaller than usual king-size only slight issue.
I find them very pleasant.
