Absolutely lovely item and made beautifully. The tags are not leather like the name suggests but still of a very good quality. Lisa was amazing, helpful and very good at communicating with me when I was having wedding brain and even added some more to my purchase after I forgot some people lol. DHL who delivered my package not too happy with….. box arrived squashed and damaged in two places luckily all tags were still in the box and other then some with a few marks on them (clearly from poor handling as they have be close to the open part of the box in transit) the tags are perfect. Thank you so much.

We had some issues with missing dots for some letters but thanks to Lisa this was resolved quickly. Good quality for a wedding seat plan. Not necessarily suitable as a real luggage tag as airlines do not tend to handle suitcases with care.
