Please triple-check your address before placing your order and be sure to provide the correct shipping address. Printed items ship out within the time-frame indicated on the listing. Handmade items are shipped in 1-3 days, excluding weekends. All orders ship with insurance and any items damaged in shipping are covered and the buyer must file all claims as you have the burden of proof for the damaged item. If your item arrives damaged please save the box and all packing materials and take pictures of it for claim purposes, and do not dispose of the packing until the claim has been settled. There is no such thing as Free Shipping or reduced $6 shipping. Those costs are added to the price of the item at the sellers/customers expense. Etsy does not provide sellers with free shipping or a reduced price of $6 for shipping. Shops are expected to absorb these costs or add them to the price of the items. If we don't Etsy has told shops that they will reduce the shops visibility in searches. Unfortunately doing this leaves shops susceptible to loses if an item is returned & Etsy gives a refund, for shops cannot then recoup the actual costs of shipping they are charged & pay a commission on. If Etsy ever gives shops what they expect shops to do, then I will gladly offer these options. Until then shipping costs are what they are.

Cancellations and Delays

Cancellations Not accepted. Printing delays are out of my control but will assist in resolving any issues. USPS delays are out of my control but will assist in resolving the issue.

Lost packages are handled via insurance where the customer whom has the burden of proof must file the claim via USPS. Once an item shows it was delivered, it is no longer lost. Artsili or insurance is not responsible for porch pirates.

All handmade items are either gift-boxed, gift-wrapped, or gift-bagged, which varies with availability and type of item.

All positive feedback is welcomed and appreciated. Small business survives on it. What matters most is your satisfaction, and how comfortable you are rating your transaction, as long as you are being fair. Artsili is committed to excellent customer service regardless. Feel free to contact Artsili if you don't know how to leave feedback and would like to. Etsy doesn't allow guests to leave a review but you can always say it in an email that will be posted. This program is based on the following criteria. Shops must reach a certain number of sales & dollar amounts in 3 months to qualify for this badge. Shops that sell lower-cost items & shops that sell very high-priced items may never see a badge because they don't sell enough to qualify, despite both types of shops giving excellent customer service. Another factor that takes shops out of the running is 4-star reviews. Although a 4-star review is great, it' greatly affects the score and can take away the badge. Please keep this in mind when shopping on Etsy & do not let a lack of a badge stop you from purchasing from an Etsy shop. My star may be here one month & not another based on these factors either way my quality service will remain.

Items marked SOLD As Is do not qualify. Printed items are not refundable as they are custom-made unless there is a problem with the printer. Contact Artsili right away if that is the case. Returns are for physical items for non-frivolous reasons w/ pics for proof. You must contact Artsili within 3 days & return within 7 days of arriving. You pay for return shipping. If you don't return the item within 7 days, it's yours to keep. Weekends do not count. Lost items & shipping costs are not refundable. Artsili takes great care in packing handmade items & broken items do not count for a return, which is covered under insurance. Items returned must be returned in the same condition it was sold or the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
