Our stones are made from the highest quality UV resistant resin. However, it's natural that resin may change its color over time. The stone may slightly turn to a creamy ivory color over time but it will never turn yellow. Proper care of your jewelry is the key to keep it long lasting. Custom made order lead time

We only do one order at a time to 100% avoid confusing different clients' inclusion. Therefore the lead time for custom made jewelry is 2-6 weeks after we receive your inclusion(s). Please also note that the lead time varies due to order volume.

We guarantee that all products are inspected before shipping to our customers. We do not accept returns unless an error was made on our part. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your product if there is an issue, and we’ll be happy to assist you. We do accept size, color, or style exchanges for new and unworn jewelry. Shipping fees will apply.

All gold-plated jewelries will eventually wear out overtime, this is unavoidable and not quality defect. Proper care of your gold plated jewelry is the key to keep it last longer, please visit our website for care instructions. If fading has occurred you may bring it to your local jeweler for polishing and add extra plating to restore shine and color. All of our gold-plated jewelries are plated under solid sterling silver, unless stated differently in description.
