Yes, we gladly accept custom orders for candles, wax melts, perfumes, natural roll-on perfumes, room sprays, and gift boxes. If you have a specific idea in mind or want to create a personalized gift, please message us for more information or to place your custom order. We're excited to bring your vision to life!

Candle care and safety -To prevent “tunnelling” let your candle burn until the wax melts across the entire surface -Burn away from drafts and air currents -Never burn a candle for more than 4 hours -Keep burning candle within sight and away from children and pets -For better combustion recovery, trim the wick before relighting -Discontinue use when 1/2” of wax remains

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping, and the cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees/taxes or other charges that may arise—these are collected by Etsy on behalf of your country. Additionally, delays can sometimes occur due to customs processing. If your parcel is delayed, please don't hesitate to reach out to us! We'll assist you in contacting the courier, locating your package, and providing an estimated delivery time.

We accept returns on unused products. Please contact us within 48 hours of your order being delivered with your reason for return, and we will guide you through the return process. Customers are required to cover the shipping cost of the return. Once we receive and inspect the product, your full product refund will be issued, minus the shipping cost.
