Customs duty is the responsibility of the customer. Customs duty in America is over 1000$, in EU countries over 150€, Australia over 1000$, Canada over 20 CA$. Undeliverable packages

The costs of the packages sent for delivery and not received by the customer and returned by the customer belong to the buyer. It is important that you are in constant contact with us in order to prevent the packages from coming back. Reshipment costs also belong to the buyer.

This has been one of my worst purchasing experiences. I paid $140 expecting 925silver, but the piece I received was flimsy, poorly crafted, and nowhere near 925 silver as advertised—more like cheap dollar-store material. Customer service was just as disappointing. Rather than addressing the issue, they blamed me, even insinuating I was at fault for not recognizing the supposed ‘quality’ of this item. Their communication was dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. , they’ve now lowered the price significantly, confirming my suspicion that this piece isn’t worth more than $30. This operation feels like a scampush cheap products and ignoring legitimate complaints. Buyers beware; don’t waste your money. I know I'm struggling to be compensated for dealing with this terrible company. Low grade .800 silver tested.
