Are your earrings hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive ears?

All jewelry is crafted with quality hypoallergenic gold plated and stainless steel metals. However, please be mindful of your skin sensitivity!

How long is your processing time?

Processing time fluctuates depending on the current volume of orders. You can view my processing time under any listing. Shipping upgrades are always available at checkout.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Note* VAT, GST, etc are additional fees aside from customs, separate things!!

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order is dropped off with USPS, it is out of my control. Though rare, please be aware of this risk when making your purchase. If a package is sent back to me due to address issue, you will need to repay the shipping label, unless it was shipped free.

I placed two orders, can I have them combined?

All orders going to the same address/recipient will be combined, with extra shipping costs refunded when your order is packed. However if your order is already packed, any additional orders will not be combined. Orders on my website and Etsy are not combinable.

Each order comes with a care sheet to help you keep your item in great shape. If something arrives damaged due to a mistake on my end, please reach out within 4 days of receiving it and include a photo so I can make it right. Without a photo, I won’t be able to offer a resolution—thank you for understanding. I put a lot of love into making each piece by hand, and while I do my best to match the original photo, slight variations are part of what makes handmade items special. By purchasing, you’re supporting a handmade process and acknowledging these small differences. If you have any concerns, I’m always happy to chat, though each situation is handled thoughtfully on a case-by-case basis.

Wholesale availability

Wholesale is available for certain designs such as stickers and earrings, Dm me on instagram @gemsbysidney or email me at gemsbysidney@gmail.com!

How long is delivery?

Delivery times varies based on your location, the shipping method you choose, and the items in your order. Unfortunately, once a package is shipped, I have no control over transit times. If your order is shipped via Ascendia (a USPS partner), the final delivery timeframe will depend on your country’s local postal service once the package arrives there. Please give space for estimated arrival times, as usps can fluctuate, packages can arrive early or late.

Do you have clip ons?

Clip ons are only available for certain designs. Clip ons are an add on and are an additional $2 or free on my website (www.GemsbySidney.com) Only designs with a drop down menu to select finish are available to be made as clip ons.
