The Bundle Babies Summer Fruits Romper Set Crochet Pattern is INTERMEDIATE level (in an easy-to-follow format), and knowledge of these techniques will be helpful: single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, magic ring, invisible decrease, invisible join, closing holes, changing yarn colors, yarn over (v-stitch), Front loops only, Back loops only, sewing buttons.

This listing is for an easy-to-follow digital PDF pattern showing how to crochet a summer clothing set (bubble romper (with 2 applique options -- strawberry and lemon), sun hat (with 2 leaf options), baby sandals, and gingham blanket) for your Bundle Babies! The following are all included!! The digital pattern of the Bundle Babies Summer Fruits Romper Set includes: 27 pages, 140+ full color photos, English US crochet terms, detailed descriptions and instructions. (Additional Spanish and French pdf files included.) You can use the original clothing set pattern (that comes with the Bundle Babies doll pattern) to make matching pacifiers for your summer clothes!

If using size 4, worsted weight yarn (I used Red Heart), and a size F (3.75mm) hook, the romper set will fit a 15" (38cm) doll made with the same brand yarn and a 3.25mm hook. These dolls can be made with any size yarn and hook, as long as you are consistent throughout the pattern, and take into consideration that you will need to adjust sizing of buttons, magnets, etc. (If you want to use a different 'brand' of yarn for the clothing than what you used for the doll, there are detailed instructions in the pattern notes on checking your gauge to make sure the clothes will be sized correctly, since different brands can be different thicknesses.) These clothes and blanket are made in Yarn Over (v-stitch) with a hook that is 0.50mm larger than the hook you used for your doll (for clothing), and 0.75mm larger (for the blanket). Because of variations in tension (everyone is different!), please try clothing on your doll throughout the crocheting process to ensure a fit you like!! Changing hook size will make clothing larger or smaller as needed!!

Supplies needed for this project include:
Size 3.75mm hook (or hook that is 0.50mm larger than the hook used to make your doll),
Size 4.00mm hook (or hook that is 0.75mm larger than the hook used to make your doll),
Worsted weight yarn (size 4) in white (320 yds), Color A (dark pink or yellow) (355 yds), Color B (pink or light yellow) (262 yds), and small amounts of green, tan/beige.
Cotton yarn (size 1 or 2) or Perle cotton in Dark Pink,
Red, Pink, Green (Strawberry) or Yellow,
Dark Yellow, Green (Lemon) -- (you can also use your size 4 yarn split in half)
Stitch markers,
Tapestry needle / embroidery needle,
1 – Medium (12-15mm) button (Romper)
2 – Small/medium (10-12mm) buttons (Sandals)
