Customer service was excellent. I love the look of the finished pattern. I would say this pattern is more advanced especially if you have never done a “garment” piece before. I have been crocheting for years, hats, baby blankets, animals and dolls for my nieces, cousins and friends but this pattern challenged me like no other. My one wish is that the pattern had more step by step photos for us “visual learners”. I had to set the project aside a few times due to frustration over not understanding the instructions. Still the final project a gift for my sister, is lovely. Thank you for the project.
