When will my order ship?

Order are shipped out in 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, an email from Etsy will be automatically sent to your email on file with tracking information. Please allow 24hrs for the tracking to update.

When will I get my order once shipped?

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage which arrives in an estimated 3-7 days once shipped. Shipping can be upgraded during checkout to USPS Priority mail which is 2-4 days, estimated.

How long will balloons last?

If filling your latex balloons with helium, be sure to inflate them the DAY OF your event for optimal float times. The average float time is 7-12 hours when fully and properly inflated. My balloons are 11". Mylar balloons have a self-sealing valve. Be sure to not over-inflate, as that can cause balloons to pop.

I do my best to take all of my photos in natural lighting with a bright background to accurately show how colors will look in person. Please note each computer, phone, etc has a different resolution/brightness which can cause lighting & colors to vary per device. Each person also has a different perception of color, please remember that :) BAlloons may appear different when deflated due to the unique colors and "stretch" to color as shown in my listing photo, which shows how it will look once fully inflated

Can I return/cancel my order?

Returns, cancellations, exchanges are not accepted. Please read all policies before ordering and message me prior to ordering if you need something by a certain date or have any questions.
