Can you make me a bespoke design?

Absolutely! We love creating new completely bespoke designs. Please just message or email us at info@treasureboxstudio.com to discuss your ideas and we can quote you a price.

Do you offer previews of the design before production?

Previews for nursery decor, name signs, and personalised gifts can be requested via e-mail (info@treasureboxstudio.com), but they are not automatically sent out. Orders will be made based on the information you provide us when you add the item to your basket. As such, please check all the details are correct before making payment. When ordering business, event and wedding signage, a proof design of the sign ordered with the specifications chosen when ordering will be emailed to you for approval. Once proofed amendments cannot be made. Any spelling mistakes or incorrect details provided will need to rectified before proofing.

How long until I receive my design preview?

We aim to send design previews no later than 5 working days into the order process if not sooner. We do ask that our previews are replied to within 2 days, this is to keep your order on time. We will not send signs without being proofed prior to being made.

If you are unsure on colours we 100% recommend ordering samples to see the colours in person first. You can order samples via our etsy shop.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, but only during the preview stage. If you request a preview and would like to make any amendments these can be accommodated.

What is your current lead time?

Currently our lead time is 10 working days from production to delivery. However this timeframe may vary depending on your location. Please check the expected delivery date on the listing when ordering. Each item is personalised and hand finished especially for you! We also take time to carry out quality checks to ensure your order is of the highest standard. When ordering please ensure that you have allowed enough time for the item to arrive for your required date. If you need your item for a particular date please contact us at info@treasureboxstudio.com and let us know the date you require it by. We can then confirm if we are able to meet the deadline provided.

How long is delivery?

Items under 60cm are sent First Class with CTT. Delivery can take up to 7 working days if ordering from within Europe. If outside of Europe please allow up to 14 working days. If you need your order quicker you can request express delivery at an extra charge. Please message us with your request. For items 60cm or over we use DHL Express as our courier. This is an express tracked delivery service (three working days for signs shipped within Europe and up to five working days for signs shipped outside of Europe). On occasion there might be postal delays which are outside of our control. Issues such as adverse weather conditions, postal strikes or customs clearance can all contribute to postal delays.

What if my item is delayed?

Please check the expected delivery timeframe on the listing when ordering. If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date please contact us so we can escalate this with the courier. On occasion there might be postal delays which are outside of our control. Issues such as adverse weather conditions, postal strikes or customs clearance can all contribute to postal delays. Treasure Box Studio Ltd is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by such issues. *Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Treasure Box Studio Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

What is your returns policy?

All of our items are personalised and are to order, just for you. For this reason we are unable to accept returns/refunds. If you need to cancel an order, please do this within 24 hours of placing the order. After this it will not be possible to cancel your order.

What if the item is damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send us photo evidence of the damage and original packaging. After this time the courier cannot accept liability and we cannot hold them responsible, as it could be deemed as damaged in possession. Once we have received all of the above we will offer a replacement as soon as the claim has been processed with CTT/DHL. If a customer damages an item accidentally, we can offer replacements but the customer is liable for all stock and postage costs.
