When will my item ship?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for items to ship from our print studio. In most cases, it will ship much sooner, but we would rather under-promise and over-deliver. Holidays tend to lean more towards two weeks and the rest of the time 3 days. Thank you so much for your patience while we produce your items.

Can I cancel an order I have already placed?

Your order goes into our printing queue as soon as it is placed. Once in our printing queue, it can not be pulled out. Therefore we can not accept cancelations. We thank you for your understanding and appreciate your business.
