How long does it take to process and ship orders?

Our processing time is typically 3-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders within the US usually arrive within 5-7 business days, while international orders may take 2-4 weeks depending on the destination.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package. Please note that "pre-transit" means that the package has been prepared for shipment but hasn't yet been scanned by the carrier. It does not mean that we have not given the shipment to the carrier. It may take a few days for the tracking information to update beyond the pre-transit stage. In rare circumstances, the carrier never scans the item or doesn't scan it until it's been delivered so the tracking information never updates or only updates at the end. This is out of our control, but rest assured that we are monitoring the delivery of items and will reach out if necessary.

To ensure the longevity of your printed and embroidered items, we recommend washing them inside out with similar colors in cold water on the delicate cycle and hanging them to air dry or tumble-drying on low heat. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents that may damage the print quality.

Can I request a different color/size for a design?

Absolutely! If you would like a different color or size for a particular design, please contact us before placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Clothing items are true-to-size retail UNISEX fit. To be sure of your size, please refer to our size chart from the manufacturer in the listing photos. If you want an oversized look, please size up accordingly.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
