Do you offer gift wrapping and messaging?

We offer gift wrapping & messaging on some products in our store. For products that we do offer gift wrapping, we use a clear cello bag tied with grosgrain ribbon and a handwritten note is included. Please message us with questions about specific products and their gift wrapping availability.

Can you print my custom monogram, logo, business, or organization name?

Our policy is that we do not print custom monograms, organization or company names, branding, or logos due to certain licensing or branding restrictions that may apply.

Can you rush my order?

For some products in our shop, it is possible to rush production. Additional fees will apply. Please contact us prior to placing an order to discuss the date you need your item and for further information on rush processing and fees.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most items in our shop take approximately 5 - 7 business days to produce. The day you place an order does not count as a production day. After production, standard shipping time ranges from 2 - 4 business days. If you need your item by a certain date, please reach out to us prior to placing an order so we can help ensure the item is able to arrive on time.

What if USPS says my package was delivered, but I did not receive it?

If USPS tracking indicates your item was delivered, but you did not receive it, we recommend giving it a day or two to ensure the package was not incorrectly scanned. Be sure to check with neighbors and do a thorough search of possible places the carrier may have left the package. If the package is still not able to be located, please contact your local post office to report the information. If the local post office is unable to locate the item, a claim will need to be filed with USPS. HoneyBee Gift Co is not responsible for packages that are mishandled or lost by USPS. It is rare that delivery issues occur, but please contact us with questions or concerns related to package delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the personalized nature of our custom-made items, cancellations are not accepted. Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Can I make a change to my order?

Requests for changes to custom orders must be submitted via Etsy Messages within 1 hour of purchase or before work on the order begins, whichever comes first. Changes requested after this timeframe are not possible.

Can I preview my order before it goes to production?

Absolutely! Proofs are strongly encouraged as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if a proof is not requested, and the personalization appears different than expected. Just include a note when you checkout that you would like a proof, and we will send it via Etsy messages for your approval. Proofs are sent within one business day, and you have 5 days to approve before it goes to production.

INK COLORS
Towels can be personalized using a traditional ink color or a foil stamp color*

*Although foil printing creates a more beautiful and dramatic look, it may have a tendency to bleed, rub off, fill in or blur slightly. With foil imprinting, the foil sits on top of the napkin rather than absorbing into the napkin like traditional ink printing. The foil printed portion of the napkin is intended for presentation only and should not be used to wipe hands or face. Getting the napkins wet will cause the foil stamp to release from the napkin material.

PRODUCTION TIME
Standard orders (1 color ink) ship in 10 business days. Custom, full color artwork orders ship in approximately 15 business days. Quoted production times can vary seasonally.

PROOFS
Proofs are emailed IF REQUESTED within 1 - 2 business days. Production time begins AFTER proof approval is received.

PRODUCT COLOR VARIATIONS
We cannot assume responsibility for slight shade variations of products or print colors. Environmental concerns and manufacturer productions cause changes
beyond our control which are typical variations in the industry.
