I messaged the seller about ordering under the wrong email, and she never responded to my message. I wasn't able to access the download, so I had to purchase twice. Once I ordered under the correct email, she was helpful in how to download and sendto printing lab ( Walgreens) it to have printed off.

I did reply and even uploaded your files to cloud storage for the first order, since you said the email wasn’t correct. Maybe my last message didn’t reach you, which caused the misunderstanding. I’ve just sent the screenshot of that message. Also, when I saw your note about the double order, I refunded the first one right away. I wish you had contacted me earlier.
