To help maintain the appearance of your TRENDYADORE jewelry and keep it sparkling, it is recommended to avoid contact with the following: - Keep away from soaps, perfumes, and chemicals. - Clean using a soft cloth. - Store in a dry place. - Remove before sleeping, showering, swimming in pools, or in the sea. - Remember to put on your jewelry last and take it off first when dressing.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Every jewelry comes with its own beautiful box and a card inside. I never include a receipt or a invoice.

REFUND & EXCHANGE & REFUNDS RETURN

You have a 14-day window from the date of receipt to initiate a return. To start the return process, please send us a message through the etsy platform. For your return to be accepted, please ensure that the item is in a saleable, unworn, and undamaged condition, with its original packaging. Please note that returns sent outside of this 14-day timeframe will not be accepted. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
