Give it 72 business hours to show up. * Hit up your local post office, sometimes they like to keep things cozy. * You can open a case with Etsy Buyer Protection. Just go to your Purchases page, find the purchase, and select "Open a Case." You might need to wait 48 hours after opening a help request to do this. Etsy usually sorts it out and refunds you the same day.
