Do you take custom orders or variations on products you offer?

Yes, Absolutely! Just message me with the details of the what you are wanting. I will then create a custom order for you to check out from.

When wearing resin or clay jewelry it is best to take it off before swimming or bathing. To clean your resin jewelry just use a glasses microfiber cloth and polish in a circular motion until its clean and clear again. If you get makeup or residue on your clay earrings, please use a soft cloth with a little water to gently clean your piece. If you have makeup that is not coming off, you may use a q-tip and a little rubbing alcohol to clean the spot as well. Please keep in mind that while the polymer clay is durable, it can still be damage if not properly taken care of. Please be gentle with your items.

Can I wear my jewelry in a pool or shower?

While polymer clay can be water resistant, it is not recommended to wear your jewelry in hot tubs, while swimming or showering. The chemicals and soaps can break down surface details, clay glues or effect the gold dusting powder used on several pieces. If you need to clean your jewelry, please see the care instructions above.

When is the last day for Christmas gift orders?

Please have your orders in NO later than December 5th, 2025. I can not guarantee shipping any later than that. All other orders will be sent after the new year. This date is not the same every year and will be update the next year near the holiday season.

What are the earring hooks made of?

All earrings with ear wires come with hypoallergenic 18k Gold plated Surgical Steel unless requested other wise. The other option available currently is Stainless Steel in silver tone.

Why is my made-to-order item showing limited stock?

There are two possible reasons an item has limited stock. First, it may be limited by the availability of a specific component. For example, my hairpins use purchased metal bases that I customize with clay, so the quantity depends on how many bases I have available or when I can restock them. Second, it may be limited by the clay itself. Most of the colors I custom mix myself in batches. So that batch may be out of stock and I will need to make more. Occasionally a base color is out of stock and I will need to wait to restock to make a new batch. If you need more than the listed quantity, please feel free to reach out. I'll be happy to see what I can do.
