To keep your cutters in great condition, we recommend washing them gently with warm (not hot) water and mild dish soap. Please avoid dishwashers and high temperatures, as our cutters are made from biodegradable plastic that can be sensitive to heat. With proper care, they will last you a long time! 😊

Shipping Delays & Lost/Stolen Packages (DHL - UPS - USPS)

We do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. However, once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we no longer have control over delivery times. If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, we kindly ask you to reach out to your local postal service for further assistance. While we’re unable to replace lost or stolen packages, we’re happy to help guide you through the process if needed.

Incorrect or Different Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order to avoid any delivery issues. If you notice a mistake after purchase, let us know as soon as possible! While we’re unable to modify addresses once an order is placed, we’re happy to cancel and refund your order so you can reorder with the correct details.

Damaged Items During Transit

We take great care in packaging our products, but sometimes things happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll do our best to find a solution and make it right for you! 💕

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office, as sometimes packages are scanned early or placed in a parcel locker. If you still can’t locate it, your postal service may be able to assist further. While we’re unable to replace missing packages, we’re always here to offer guidance on what steps to take next.
