She was incredibly quick to respond and was very transparent with the process. I had requested some small alterations to the piece which was no problem! Since this is a custom piece, it takes about two weeks to make... Plan accordingly, but trust me when I say it's worth the wait. Once shipped, I got my love birds in a matter of days. It came very nicely packaged with plenty of protection to keep it safe during transport. The attention to detail and quality of the lovebirds exceeded my expectations. I ordered this cake topper for my brother and future sister in laws wedding. She’s a nurse and he’s a firefighter - so this cake topper was perfect!! It’s beautiful and even more perfect in person!! Seller was great at communicating and making sure all the details were correct! So happy!
