Yes, a digital draft will be sent 1–2 weeks before shipment for your review and approval.

Can I request a rush order?
Rush orders are available on a limited basis:

How are banners shipped?
Banners are shipped via UPS in 36 x 3 x 3 inch heavy-duty tubes. All shipments are scheduled by event date to ensure timely delivery.

What are the standard shipping times?
Typical UPS transit times:
• Tennessee: 1 day
• Alabama & Missouri: 1–2 days
• GA, SC, NC, MS, FL, IN: 2–3 days
• All other states: 2–5 days

Rush orders are typically upgraded to 1–2 day air shipping. Please contact us if expedited shipping is needed.

Will I receive a refund if my order is late?
Refunds are not issued if the banner ships on or before the scheduled date. We are not responsible for carrier-related delays but are happy to assist in filing a UPS claim on your behalf.

What if my banner is delayed or damaged in shipping?
If your banner is lost or damaged, we’ll file a claim with UPS. Please keep all packaging and take photos of any damage. If time allows, we’ll send a replacement.

When are advance orders shipped?
