Organize your business with our bright and FUNctional printable Direct Sales Planner {size Small}! This set was designed with the advice of several women in DS companies like Origami Owl, Thirty-One and Scentsy. The goal was to create a planner that was cost effective to print and functional to use. Here is what this fabulous set includes:

COVER PAGES:

This set comes with TWO cover pages so you can decide between the bright "Direct Sales Planner" cover, or the blank cover that allows you to put in your own name, company, etc. If you would like a custom cover for your business, please convo me to discuss details.

MONTHLY CALENDAR PAGES:

The monthly Calendar pages in this set are UNDATED so that you can use them year after year. The month is included on the top of each two-page spread…so all you have to do is fill in the date! There is also a handy sidebar for listing Monthly Goals and Tasks.

WEEKLY CALENDAR PAGES:

Our weekly pages are also UNDATED so that they can be used year after year, and there are TWO different weekly options to choose from. The first has a space for tracking daily social media, and the other is less specific and leaves a special place to list Parties & Events. Both styles have 3 divided sections that can be used for Morning/Afternoon/Evening or for 3 different tracking purposes. There is also a handy side bar for listing Thinks To Do, Places To Go and People to Call.

2020-2021 OVERVIEW:

Although this set is undated, it does include a one-page 2020-2021 overview so that you have a reference when filling out specific dates for your months and weeks.

MONTHLY GOAL & OVERVIEW:

The monthly goal and overview page is designed to help you track personal and team goals each month with plenty of space for financials, incentives and inspiration :-)

PARTY PLANNER & SUMMARY:

One of the biggest requests we had was to design a Party Planner & Summary that worked together on one page. This will save space in your planner and cut down on ink and paper. It includes spaces for all Hostess and party details, pre and post party checklists, financial overview, bookings/recruits and a notes section.

MONTHLY EXPENSE TRACKER:

This one-page printable is designed for easy monthly tracking of your business expenses.

YEARLY EXPENSE TRACKER:

This two-page yearly spread is another fantastic way to track your business expenses. After finishing your monthly tracker, calculate totals for each category and transfer them to this yearly overview. Very handy for tax time :-)

ORDER/PROFIT TRACKER:

This is another great tool for tracking monthly, quarterly or yearly orders. It's condensed to one page to save space in your planner.

MILEAGE TRACKER:

Keep track of your miles in a more efficient way. Spaces for for Date, Purpose, To & From and Start/Stop Odometer. There is also a highlighted space at the bottom for totals.

REPLACEMENT/MISSING ITEMS:

This is an incredibly useful tool for any Direct Sales business to track missing items from orders or replacements.

HOSTESS CONTACTS:

Keep all of your Hostesses contact information in one place. This contact sheet has plenty of room for name and contact info, as well as party details.

CONSULTANT CONTACTS:

Keep all of your team contact information in one place. This contact sheet has plenty of room for name and contact info, title and consultant #, website and email, join date and birthday.

LEAD CONTACTS:

Keep track of all of your leads with this one handy form. Plenty of space for contact information, follow-up tracking and checkboxes for lead type.

PASSWORD TRACKER:

This is a great tool for keeping track of websites, logins and passwords.

NOTES:

Every great planner set needs a standard Notes page :-)

PLANNER SIZE:

Our Small Direct Sales Planner Pages are sized 5.5" x 8.5" which fits all Junior Arc notebooks, Mini Binders from Target or The Container Store, Desk Size Daytimer, A5 Filofax, Classic Size Franklin Covey and any other planner cover that accommodates this size insert.

PRINTING:

To print your planner pages, please be sure to select "Borderless" printing to ensure the best alignment.
