🧼 Care & Maintenance
Keep your rug beautiful for years with these simple steps:
✔️Washing: Small/Flat rugs: You can use the gentle (wool) washing mode on your machine.
✔️Shaggy/Large rugs: Due to their volume and weight when wet, we recommend professional cleaning or hand washing. Only small sizes should be machine-washed to avoid damaging the rug or your machine.
✔️Drying: Air dry on a warm day, keeping it away from excessive moisture. Periodically shake it out to restore its fluffy volume.
✔️Vacuuming: Use a suction-only attachment. Avoid rotating/turbo brushes to prevent the wool fibers from winding up.
✔️Fresh Stains: Blot (don’t rub!) with a clean cloth. Use lukewarm water and mild wool soap if needed.
🔄 Returns & Policies
🔹14-Day Returns: We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt (item must be in original condition).
Process: Please contact us via chat before returning any items.
🔹Important: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs to Ukraine. Refunds will be processed minus original shipping costs and any non-refundable VAT/customs fees.
🔹Customs & Taxes: The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes levied by the recipient country.
