Jewellery is covered for the 30 day period after estimated delivery date. This does not cover incidents where the care instructions were not followed (e.g. rapid tarnishing after exposure to chemicals, breakage due to repeated and excessive bending, loss of ink from impressions, snapping of chains due to force.) Please see aftercare instructions for advice on how to care for your jewellery.

I do not recommend that items are worn in water, exposed to chemicals such as household cleaners, perfume, lotions or the chlorine in pools/hot tubs. Copper and silver items will tarnish over time and exposure to the aforementioned will speed up the process. This can be addressed by polishing the item with an inexpensive sunshine cloth, toothpaste and a toothbrush or in the case of copper, submerging in ketchup for 5 minutes (yes, ketchup!). Breakage may occur due to repeated bending of items, to avoid this when securing adjustable rings and cuffs, use your thumb and forefinger in a backwards C (normal C if left handed) position to apply gentle, even pressure around the diameter of the item. This will retain the shape and avoid weak spots.

Custom and personalised orders

Once an order is made it cannot be amended. Please ensure you spell check any personalisations. For unlisted custom projects a 50% deposit will be required. If a personalisation request is unclear, I will ask for clarification. If clarification is not received within 24 hours I will either cancel and refund the order or send as requested if I deem it to be appropriate. Personalised items are not eligible for return.

Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have questions about sizing. The easiest way to measure ring size is to tie string or wrap paper around the finger and mark where it crosses. The mm measurement provides the circumference of the finger and I am happy to calculate the ring size. I will assume your provided measurements to be correct. Personalised items are non-refundable.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do not offer gift wrapping or packaging services at this time. All orders (excluding extra charms) arrive in an eco PIP box with the item contained in recyclable paper envelopes.

Really beautiful ring, the design is so detailed. I have funny sized fingers but Christy has been so helpful and measured several rings to help me find a good size.
