Great pictures. Fast delivery. Preserving and canning instructions are unclear on a lot of recipes. So cannot trust final instructions. If you are not new to preserving then it may not be an issue. Recipes look great but instructions are unclear on some, not all.

Hey Amy! Thank you for your feedback on this product. I have made some adjustments based on your suggestions and hope the videos guides and additional information I sent you is helpful. There is a section in the beginning of the book that goes over different canning methods for people getting started. Depending on the type of canning you use, the process will be slightly different (ie. add to water bath or use pressure). I sent you the guide for your choice method. Hopefully the book will still be fun for you and I hope you enjoy your canning journey!
