How do I get my files after purchase?

How do I open a ZIP folder on my Mac Computer?

Double-click the ZIP folder. The contents will be automatically extracted to a new folder in the same location.

How do I open a ZIP folder on my Mobile Device?

Using Built-in Tools: On iOS, tap the ZIP folder in the Files app to automatically extract it. On Android, tap the ZIP folder in a file manager app to view and extract its contents. Using a Third-Party App: Download and open a file extraction app (e.g., WinZip, RAR). Use the app to navigate to the ZIP folder and extract its contents.

What is a Vector file?

A vector file is a file that can be edited or scaled to any size without losing its resolution. Both our SVG and PDF vector files can be modified in any way using applications such as Adobe Illustrator or InkScape (Inkscape is free).

Can I request a custom size?

Yes. You may message us anytime to request a custom size. We try to add as many popular sizes to each listing which are included in the download link.

What are Print Shop files?

Our print shop files are vector PDF files with the cutting path included. These can be sent directly to your local print shop that does large format printing. For Interior Decorations we recommend having your files printed on foamboard material. This is perfect for wall decor as it is easily hung and light weight. For Outdoor Decorations such as lawn decor we recommend having your files printed on either 4mm Coroplast or 10mm Coroplast. If you plan on using Metal H-Frames or Poles for mounting, be sure to order your prints with vertical flutes (Coroplast is a plastic corrugated material - The corrugation is referred to as flutes). What are Multiple Page Print At Home Files?

These files are multiple page PDF files that allow you to print the Life-Size image using your home or office printer. The Life-Size image is printed on standard 8.5"'x11" pages and are labelled to easily put together like a large puzzle. Once the final image is put together you can secure it to a piece of foam board, cardstock, or cardboard type material for interior decorations. You may also use these files as Woodworking templates by placing the final printed image over the wood material and tracing the shape. Then cut the shape out of the wood material and use the print out as a reference for coloring etc.

When I print the template, the cutting path looks misaligned between pages. What should I do?

This is normal before trimming. Matoy templates are designed with a built-in white margin around each page. This margin is intentionally added to account for printer limitations and ensure consistency across all printers. Because of this, when you first print the pages and lay them out side by side without trimming, the cutting path may appear misaligned. To fix this: Trim away the white margins — especially on the right and bottom edges of each page. Align the trimmed edge to the next page’s trimmed edge. Tape the pages together — no overlapping of the artwork is needed. Once trimmed, the pages will align perfectly and the cutting path will connect like a seamless puzzle.
