Custom and/or personalized orders?

Yes! While most of our listings already have curated options to streamline your purchase experience, we will gladly provide quotes for custom orders on request. As an example, we frequently get asked if we can make terrain pieces larger or smaller to fit different game scales or "can I replace this part with that part?" This is no problem at all for most of the items on our shop :)

What are your lead times?

We strive to ship most items within 3-10 business days, but please allow up to 15 days. Every item we sell is made to order after purchase, and purchases are shipped in the order they are received. If you are ever curious about the status of your purchase, feel free to send us a message for an update! Please note, the ETA provided by Etsy is just an estimate, and lead times will vary based on size of the individual order and volume of overall orders in our shop queue. If an order will take longer than our typical timeline for any reason, we will send a message with updated dates to keep you informed :)

Why was my terrain order printed with so many different colors?

We use recycled materials whenever possible. Because of this, the color may vary greatly from order to order, or even item to item in a single order. Since we primarily specialize in tabletop terrain that is meant to be primed and painted, we have found that the color of the plastic itself makes no difference at all to the finished product and we can feel a little better about our environmental impact. We do try to order black and white recycled materials when available, but if you open your order to find a rainbow of colors, its because we are doing our part to reduce/reuse.

Are there any quality concerns when using these recycled materials?

Aside from the crazy color combinations that you might see (which are quickly covered up by a coat of primer after you receive your order), there is no downside at all! When plastic manufacturers are making filament for 3D printing, there is a lot of waste from spilled plastic that can end up on the floors around the machines, and eventually into the trash. Instead of throwing it into the trash like some companies, our supplier recycles this waste by gathering it all up and feeding it back through the machines. Its the exact same product.

Some of my resin items look a little shiny, or wet - is that normal?

While nearly all items are completely clean, some pieces have tight crevices that can hold onto a bit of cleaning residue (for example, the magnet posts of bases). This residue is fully cured, safe, and won’t affect the quality of your item. If you find any residue on your order, please dab it with a paper towel or cotton swab, and then prime the item normally :) Note: we use 99% IPA to clean all prints, and even very small amounts of this product can have a strong smell after being sealed for transit. This will dissipate over time.

These bases are cool, but its hard to mount the model. What can I do to ensure a good hold?

Some of the bases we sell have some crazy details that look great, but leave very little room to cleanly mount a model. We recommend pinning to get a good strong hold between the model and base, followed by a gap filler (such as miliput or sprue glue).

Do you offer bulk discounts on your bases?

Yes!! On request, we do offer bulk discounts for bases, upgrade bits, and proxy models: • 10% off orders of $200+ • 15% off orders of $400+ • 20% off orders of $800+ We’ll also honor discounts anytime from the date you place the order up to 30 days after delivery (determined by tracking data). So if you qualify after the fact, such as when placing two separate orders within the same discount window, just reach out and we’ll get you taken care of.
