Custom and personalized orders

Yes we are interested in personalizing your order. Please do message us with your request. Porcelain Ornaments and Aluminum Ornaments may be Personalized on the reverse side with a logo, a photo, an image, text, or simply by duplicating the front. All single sided products may be Personalized by altering the suggested text, or inserting a name or date. Personalization of our products is typically done by having a “Name Dropped" (inserted) into one of our verses or word clusters. Customization of our products may take the form of adjusting the dimensions of our products.

All of our products have a permanent non-fade smooth satin finish. Cleaning the printed face of the product may be done with a soft non-abrasive cloth. Use either a dry cloth or a damp cloth.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Porcelain Ornaments and Aluminum Ornaments are shipped in a gift bag. All other products are shipped wrapped in bubble wrap to keep them protected in shipping. To keep the cost down and allow you to put your personal touch on the products you may choose to rebox or wrap them once you receive them.

Wholesale availability

We are a wholesale company that sells in Etsy to the individual buyers that do not live near a retail outlet. If you are a buyer at the wholesale level please do contact us at pat@patisaac.com.

When I like one of your listings may I also buy it in a different variation or product?

Yes we will work with you on your idea. Please message us with your idea. We will try work out the details to create your custom piece. We do have size limitations but let’s discuss it.

I currently am designing for Kurt Adler Co., Craft Wholesaler Inc., and Hearthside Collection. I have designed for Crazy Mountain Imports. and Sturbridge Yankee Workshop.

What art training did you receive?

My art education classes were in high school and one class in college. I am self taught. My art work comes from my inspiration and mostly from my heart.

Who helps you produce your products?

We are Team Isaac. All of our products use my original art. The designing & printing is done by me. The heat pressing of our materials is done by Jeff Isaac. The hand cutting and crafting of our products is done by Jeff Isaac. Shipping is done by Team Isaac.

How long have you been on Etsy?

We opened our first Etsy shop in mid 2016.
