Order Fulfillment & Returns

All of our prints are handmade to order. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns & refunds are only accepted under the following circumstances: ▸The item arrives damaged due to transit. ▸An incorrect item or size has been sent. ▸There are clear manufacturing quality concerns. Important Delivery & Opening Policy: We take immense pride in our packaging to ensure your art arrives safely. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for items damaged after delivery. Please take extreme care when opening your package. We do not offer refunds if the artwork is damaged, scratched, or torn during the unboxing process (e.g., if packaging tape or materials become stuck to the print surface due to improper opening).

Do all of your fine art prints have borders?

Yes, as a standard, all of our prints include a small white safety border of approximately 3–5mm. This serves two practical purposes: it protects the edges of the artwork during handling and provides a necessary "relief" for clean mounting or framing without overlapping the design itself. Please note: Listing Images: The images shown in each listing are an exact representation of how your print will arrive. Extended Borders: If a particular design features a larger, decorative white border (often used for vintage or gallery-style aesthetics), this will be clearly stated in the item description and visible in the listing photos.

Delivery & Processing Timeframes

We ship all orders via Royal Mail within 3–5 working days. While we always strive for a swift delivery, please note that all timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guarantees: ▸UK: 2–3 working days ▸EU: 5–7 working days ▸USA, Canada, Australia, NZ & everywhere else: 10–12 working days PLEASE NOTE Etsy provides an estimated delivery date at checkout and in your confirmation email. Per Etsy policy, there is a 7-working-day grace period beyond this date to account for potential carrier backlogs, customs inspections, or tariff delays. We are unable to process refunds or reshipments until this grace period has passed. However, we are always here to help and will advise on your package's progress as best we can.

Sustainability & Ethics

We are committed to conscious creating. Every piece is made-to-order specifically for you, which eliminates stock waste and ensures we only use the resources necessary. We use sustainably sourced, archival-grade papers and professional inks designed to last a lifetime. Our commitment to the planet extends to our packaging; we use 100% plastic-free, recyclable materials for all shipments wherever possible . Your art will arrive safely in reinforced tubes or board-backed envelopes that protect your prints without costing the earth. By choosing our shop, you are supporting a small business dedicated to high-quality, eco-friendly art.

Sizing & Framing Guide

We offer a range of standard sizes to suit your space: A5, 8x10", A4, A3, and A2. All prints are cut to these dimensions, making it simple to find ready-made frames at most retailers. Please note that frames shown in listings are for illustrative purposes only and are not included with your purchase. As all prints feature a 3–5mm safety border for professional mounting, we strongly recommend waiting until your artwork arrives before purchasing custom frames to ensure an absolute perfect fit. Please be aware that because internal measurements for third-party frames can vary slightly by manufacturer, we cannot be held accountable for fit discrepancies. If you are unsure which size best suits your wall, please reach out—we’re happy to help!

𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐒

Every print is produced as a true Giclée, using a professional 12-ink pigment printing system. This ensures exceptional colour accuracy, smooth tonal transitions, and archival longevity, with colours designed to remain vibrant for decades under proper display conditions.

We are not a print-on-demand service. Each order is individually printed, inspected, and hand-packed in our studio, allowing complete quality control at every stage.

Lustre prints are meticulously inspected and packed as soon as the surface is set. To ensure museum-grade quality, our Cotton and Canvas prints are rested for a minimum of 24 hours to allow the inks to fully stabilise. Additionally, all Canvas prints are finished with a specialist protective sealant, providing extra durability during handling and display. From printing to final packing, each artwork is produced with the care and attention of a traditional printmaker.
