Processing & Shipping Times Please refer to individual listings for exact timing. General guidelines: Home Organization Labels: ship in 1–3 business days Holiday & Children’s Items: ship in 1-3 business days (no proof) Wedding & Event Items: Proof sent within 1-3 business days (M–F) After approval: ships in 1-3 business days Wedding Party Name Tags: No proof included Ship in 5–6 business days Proof available upon request for large orders

I do not offer rush production. Orders often require the full processing time before shipping. If you need your items sooner, upgrading to UPS Ground at checkout can reduce transit time, but does not speed up proofing, printing, or production.

HOW DO I PERSONALIZE MY ORDER?

CUSTOM TEXT I offer custom text on nearly every item in the shop. Enter your text exactly as you would like it printed in the personalization box. Please double-check spelling, capitalization, and punctuation—your order will be designed exactly as submitted. CUSTOM COLORS Can I match my school or event colors? Absolutely. I offer a wide range of colors to match your theme. Please reference the color chart in the listing photos and include your selections in the personalization box when ordering.

CAN I SEE A PROOF BEFORE PRINTING?

Most wedding and event items include a digital proof sent within 3 business days. Production begins after approval. Some items (such as holiday designs and select products) do not include proofs—please check the listing for details. However, if you'd like to see your item before it prints, just ask! I'm always happy to send a proof. It may add additional time to the processing time.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER ORDERING?

Changes can be made before final proof approval (for items that include proofs)--in fact, I consider changes a natural part of the proofing process. Once a proof is approved or an item is sent to print, changes cannot be made.

WHAT IF THERE’S AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER?

Customer satisfaction is very important to me. If there’s any issue with your order, please reach out and I’ll work with you to make it right.
