Gift wrapping and packaging

Mtn. Bluebird Co. offers gift wrapping and the option to include a note with your gift. Each gift will be carefully wrapped in honeycomb packing paper, finished with kraft paper or other available gift wrap, and tied with a ribbon. Gift wrap will be neutral, non-holiday, and non-religious. Please note that orders may be shipped in boxes reused from other retailers as part of my recycling efforts. A sticker reading "We lovingly recycle our packaging material" will be placed next to the shipping label to highlight this eco-friendly initiative.

Crystal Suncatcher Care Recommendations

• Cleaning: Gently wipe crystals and copper with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners or chemicals that could damage the materials. • Sunlight Exposure: Place your suncatcher in a sunny spot to create beautiful rainbows, but avoid heat sources like stoves or fireplaces. • Avoid Impact: Handle with care to prevent damage to delicate crystals. • Outdoor Use: Indoor use is strongly recommended. If used outdoors, protect from extreme weather and keep under an awning. Any damage from outdoor use is the customer’s responsibility. • Storage: When not in use, store safely to avoid dust buildup or accidental impact.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Cancellations are not accepted due to the nature of Mtn. Bluebird Co. However, I offer shop credit of equal or greater value for exchanges. Please let me know which item you'd like to exchange within 24 hours of your request. All sales are final on custom, seasonal, RUSH, and discounted items.

Do You Offer Expedited Processing?

Yes, RUSH processing is available for an additional $15 (+ any applicable discounts, as RUSH processing is not eligible for discounts). If you need your order rushed, contact me, and I’ll confirm if I can meet your required date. Please note, RUSH processing does not include express shipping. If you need express shipping, request an estimate, and I will provide a cost for both RUSH processing and express shipping (RUSH + Express). The RUSH fee is non-refundable.

How Do You Handle Exchanges?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase or have concerns, please contact me. Note that custom or personalized orders cannot be exchanged. • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. • For free shipping orders, return shipping will be charged for both the return and exchange. • Exchanges will be processed within half the original item's processing time. • Exchanges are for items of equal or greater value. If the replacement costs more, the remaining balance must be paid before work on the new item begins. Shop credit cannot be used for future exchanges, so please select your exchange item before proceeding. All sales are final on custom, seasonal, RUSH, and discounted items.

My suncatcher arrived disassembled, what should I do?

I do my best to ensure every suncatcher arrives intact, but unfortunately, sometimes things can happen during shipping that are outside of my control. Regardless, it’s usually a quick and easy fix! I’m always more than happy to guide you through any assembly issues with a short video tutorial, so your suncatcher is ready to shine in your space or as a gift.
