CUSTOM ORDER & RETURN TERMS

Each artwork is created and printed individually for every order.
Since all items are made to order, cancellations and returns are not possible once production has started.

Refunds or replacements are offered only in the following cases:
• damaged artwork
• lost shipment
• production error

If you are unsure about the size, colors, or style, I offer a free wall mockup before purchase so you can see how the artwork will look in your space.

In case of damage, please send clear photos of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label within 48 hours of delivery.
I will gladly arrange a replacement.
