Why do you have a No Returns or Exchanges Policy?

I am not able to accept returns or exchanges because each item is custom ordered upon purchase and produced through a separate printing company. As a small Etsy business, I do not have the means or capability to bulk purchase shirts, hats, etc. to keep on hand for shipment. I am not currently able to resell items in the event a return / exchange is requested because I do not have the volume of orders to support this. Each listing has this policy laid out under the “shipping and return policies tab”. Please note that if your product arrives incorrect or damaged this does not fall under this policy, we will rectify the situation for you! The same product will be re-sent (Same color, size) or a refund issued.

If you are ever confused or unsure about sizing please reach out to me and I can best direct you!

For best results, wash shirts inside out in cold water and hang to dry or dry on low.

Q: How do you design your shirts? Are these original designs?
A: I design all of my shirts by hand and / or digital art software! Fonts and little shapes and doodles are not always done by hand but any art pieces I do myself! I’m a photographer and artist and absolutely love creating these designs.

Q: I am ordering from the UK, I have no idea what size to order please help!?
A: Please refer to our sizing tip within the listing images. Measure your favorite shirt that has the best preferred fit and then match it up as closely as you can to the correct size.
