Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because most items are made to order and many are personalized, I am not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect addresses, or ordering the wrong item. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please message me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and the outside packaging. I cannot process a refund or replacement without photos, but once I have them I will review the issue and help with a resolution.

Can I cancel my order after it's placed?

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, as long as production has not started. If you need to cancel, message me immediately after checking out. After the 1 hour window, your order may already be in production and cancellation is no longer guaranteed and may not be possible.

How long will my order take, and what if it is delayed or lost?

Processing and shipping times vary by product and destination. Most items are produced within 3–7 business days, then shipped with tracking. The delivery window shown at checkout is the best estimate. If your tracking has not updated for several days or your package appears lost, message me with your order number and I will review the shipment with the carrier and my print partner.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Address changes are only possible before the order enters production. If you need to update the address, contact me as soon as possible with the correct details. Once production or shipping has started, I am usually unable to change the address or reroute the package.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Buyers are responsible for any customs, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their country. I am not able to predict these costs and am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Custom and personalized orders

Many items in my shop, including ornaments, notebooks, tote bags, and more, offer built-in personalization options such as names, years, or short text. The listing photos and description will show what can be customized for each product. If you have a custom idea outside the options shown, message me before ordering and I will let you know what is possible.

Each apparel listing includes a size chart in the photos or description. For best results, measure a similar garment you already own and compare those measurements to the chart before ordering. If you believe the item you received does not match the size chart, send a photo of the garment laid flat with a measuring tape showing the width, length, and sleeve length so I can review it against the chart.

Care details vary by product and are listed on each item page. In general, apparel should be washed inside out in cold water and tumble dried on low heat. Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. Most fabric items can be spot cleaned or machine washed cold and hung or laid flat to dry.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Most items ship directly from my production partners, so I do not offer gift wrapping or printed gift messages. Orders are packed without pricing on the packing slip, so they can still be mailed directly to your recipient as a gift.
