What products CAN'T be returned?

Custom orders are unfortunately not returnable ONLY due to their personalized nature. All other products products sold are refundable, with the exclusion of earrings. Due to hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

How does the Return Process work?

Since buyers are responsible for return shipping labels, within 14 days of receiving your order, purchase a shipping label at your local Post Office and contact us to provide us with the tracking number. Once received, Lili Vega Crystal Jewelry will refund the full amount you paid for in product (including taxes) MINUS a $5 flat restocking fee. Keep in mind, the product must be in its original condition within its jewelry bag. Example of a Return: A $60.00 piece with (+) $4.35 tax minus (-) $5.0 fee = $59.35 REFUND

Although we strive in only using tarnish-resistant, gold-plating, gold-filled, & stainless steel materials, please: ♡ Avoid wearing your jewelry in water, when working out, etc. ♡ Store in a cool environment to avoid humidity and moisture to ensure your pieces last the longest time possible, so you can enjoy it for years & years to come! Unless your jewelry is SOLID gold, it is best to make the effort to take care of your pieces. We already pride in our quality, so with a bit of extra love, you can prolong your pieces' longevity.

What happens if I input my address incorrectly?

Please contact me IMMEDIATELY before it ships! I will be able to help you and edit the address, so do not worry. If you realize your address was input incorrectly after it ships AND it is sent back to me by USPS (because it is an undeliverable address), a shipping label listing of $4-6 dollars--depending on weight and location--must be purchased to reship your package. I am not held responsible if a package is delivered to the incorrect address that was incorrectly provided during checkout---so please double and triple check your address at checkout and/or before it ships.

All Lili Vega Crystal Jewelry products are carefully packaged into their own celestial jewelry bag, ready to be gifted to yourself or someone special. Inside each jewelry bag you'll find a decorated bag personally hand-stamped with your name on it and a gift, at no cost to you. Included is a handwritten thank you note, but when marked as a gift, you'll be provided with a stamped identification card on the crystal(s) you have purchased instead. If you choose to provide a note for your recipient at checkout, your note will be hand-stamped for you.
