How long will my order take?

Most of our pieces are MADE TO ORDER, which means yours is crafted specifically for you after your purchase rather than pulled from a shelf. Production typically takes seven business days, with shipping time added on top. Weekends and major holidays are not production days. Your order confirmation includes an estimated ship-by date. We do our best to meet or beat it. Once your order ships, you will receive an Etsy notification with tracking information.

I ordered multiple items and only received one tracking number. Where is the rest of my order?

This is one of the most common questions we receive, and the answer is almost always good news. When you order more than one item, your pieces often ship in SEPARATE PACKAGES, sometimes from different production locations. Etsy generally sends a notification for the first shipment, which can make it feel like the rest of your order is missing. It is not. My tracking says delivered, but I do not see my package. What now?

Please give it 48 HOURS. Carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before they actually arrive at the door. In that time, please also check: ✦ With other household members, neighbors, or your building's mailroom ✦ Around the perimeter of your home, including behind planters and side gates ✦ With your local carrier facility (sometimes packages are scanned as delivered while still on the truck) If 48 hours pass and the package has not surfaced, please reach out. We will help you file a claim with the carrier. Once a package is marked delivered by USPS, UPS, or any carrier, responsibility for the package shifts to them, but we are happy to walk you through the claims process.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most international destinations. However, there are certain countries we are unable to ship to due to CARRIER RESTRICTIONS, which can include regions currently affected by armed conflict, sanctions, or other shipping limitations imposed by our carriers. If you do not see your country listed at checkout, please send us a message and we will do our best to confirm whether shipping is available. Please also note that international orders may be subject to CUSTOMS FEES OR IMPORT DUTIES charged by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Do you use AI in your artwork?

My piece arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?

Please send us a message WITHIN SEVEN DAYS of delivery, including: ✦ Your order number ✦ A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item ✦ A brief description of the issue Once we have those details, we will work with you on a resolution, whether that is a replacement, a partial refund, or another solution. We do ask that customers provide PHOTO VERIFICATION before we commit to a remedy, simply because it allows us to follow up with the right production partner and prevent the issue from happening again.

Why does my piece look slightly different from the listing photo?

Two reasons, both worth knowing about: ✦ MONITOR VARIATION ✦ Every screen renders color a little differently. Our photography is calibrated as accurately as possible, but slight shifts in saturation or warmth can occur depending on your device. ✦ HANDMADE AND MADE-TO-ORDER VARIATION ✦ Where our pieces are loomed, printed, or assembled to order, very small variations from one piece to the next are part of the nature of the craft. We consider this part of the charm of buying from a small studio rather than mass production. If your piece appears significantly different from the listing or arrives damaged, please reach out with photos within seven days of delivery.
