When will I receive my reading(s)?

My working hours are listed in the announcements section of my profile. Your reading(s) will be delivered within 24 hours of purchase. I just ask you to be patient as I'm working on other readings/sessions. I will let you know when your reading has been delivered.

How can I download my reading?

You can download your reading from your purchase history. I'll write the instructions to make it easy for you to download your file, and I'll make sure you download your file. If you have any problems downloading your file, I'll help you download your file in many ways, such as sending the reading by message, creating a new download link for you, or sharing the screenshots of your reading. Don't worry, I'll always help!

Do I offer any refunds or cancellations?

Always yes! For example, I can cancel and refund your reading if I haven't delivered it yet (maybe you changed your mind after you bought it, it can happen). Once I have delivered your reading, I do not normally accept refunds or cancellations, but you may not be happy with your reading. Feel free to contact me about your reading before you post a one star review and we will all be fine! The readings and answers can sometimes be confusing and I can help you with that. You can contact me. I am not doing this for money, but to help you. So we can talk and if you insist on a refund and you are not happy with your reading, I am happy to give you a refund, no worries!

The reading didn't resonate at all, why and how is that? What do I offer and say?

Tarot and psychic readings may not always resonate and this is normal because the future is not set in stone and life is never stable. Energies and auras change often. Your readings are based on current energies and auras and circumstances. So don't worry if your readings don't make you happy and satisfied. If you are not happy with your reading, I can give you a refund or help you with a new reading free of charge. We cannot expect everything to be constant in this life. So I advise you to be specific with your readings to get accurate answers.

I purchased a reading but I didn't receive an email or a message, what should I do?

No need to worry! If there's a problem with your order, reading, request, question, personalization or anything else, I'll make sure to contact you. If I don't contact you, it means there is no problem and I am working on your reading. I don't use email and I don't send you emails. The only place I will contact you is through the messages section on Etsy. I'll let you know when I'm ready to deliver your reading. I just ask for your patience!

I received an email from Etsy and Etsy says that my files are ready to download but I can't see and download anything, why is that?

This situation happens a lot and I do not know why it happens. I have contacted Etsy about this situation and we haven't been able to find a solution. This always happens when you buy digital files and Etsy sends emails to customers as if we've delivered the reading when we haven't. Don't worry about this either. If I haven't written to you yet, it means your reading hasn't been delivered and I'm still working on it. I won't write to you until I have delivered your reading. You do not need to check your purchase history or write to me, just wait patiently!

Why didn't my predictions or readings come true?

You must make an effort to get the result you want. Changing your destiny is entirely up to your free will. Readings work according to the current energies and your current potential aspects. But remember, the future is not set in stone. You can't just sit back and do nothing and wait for things to happen. That's why you have to work towards your manifestations, you have to put in the effort by pursuing your dreams and goals. Have you made the effort necessary to achieve your desired outcome? Remember, psychic readings aren't manipulation; everyone has the free will to change their path. Readings offer insights into current energies and their potential directions, but these are not fixed or unchangeable.

I received really vague/generic answers, that's the way I felt after I read, why and what do I offer?

It is important to provide the details and questions you'd like me to focus on for your guidance and insight in order to get accurate answers. If you feel that the answers are vague and general, it depends on the messages or notes you wrote when purchased the reading. Be more specific please.
