Shipping was super fast. Answered all of my questions. The material is easily shaped, but sturdy. I didn't submit a custom order and somehow they knew what colors I was going for with the beads and feathers. Packaging was cute too!

Lovely item! Didn't like the color at first, but I tried it on and it looked really really good! Seller was awesome and responsive if I had any issues. Fit really well, and ties on securely, with no hesitation of it to untie.
