My shipping times can range from a couple days to a few weeks or more, depending on how long your item takes to craft and how busy I am (especially around Christmas!). Etsy's bots guess this based on my order queue and how slow usps is being at the time and it is usually waaay off, so if you think yours seems extreme, feel free to message me to double-check it. Due to the custom nature of my items and the fact that they are all made-to-order, I cannot accept returns at this time. I really just don't have room to store them at my house until someone else orders the same item, in the same style, with the same colors. Please read the item descriptions carefully and if you have any questions please message me before purchasing. On the rare occasion that your item arrives damaged, please message me so I can arrange a replacement.

Most orders will be shipped via USPS. Since the US post office does not guarantee their ship times, neither can I. Purchasing does not guarantee it will get to you in time and it does not come with a money-back guarantee. The shipping time quoted by Etsy in the listing is generated by bots, not me, and is usually inaccurate.

If an item you receive is not perfect, please message me before leaving feedback. I strive for every purchase to be a 5-star experience and will do everything in my power to make things right for you. Etsy is very strict with feedback ratings and will strip a seller of their "Star Seller" rating if you get too many under 5-Star reviews. That means in Etsy's eyes, a 4-star review is the same thing as a 1-star review.

My tracking shows "Shipping Label Created" but no movement.

This can be due to several reasons. Firstly, I no longer wait until orders are ready to print the shipping labels because USPS has recently frequently increased prices. Last time, I had 150 orders in the queue, and the increase cost me over $200. Also, being in a rural area means our USPS carrier uses his personal car, not a USPS truck. This means he sometimes skips days or doesn't scan all the packages at pick up, especially if the weather is bad or he's running late. And lastly, it's USPS, so occasionally they just don't bother ever scanning a package until it's halfway across the country.

Etsy's Estimated Delivery Date

The original ship-by date quoted when you order is the most accurate timeline to go by. Etsy’s delivery date on the order details page can change over time, it is an AI estimate, and isn’t reliable. If you’re checking on a web browser (not the Etsy app), you can see the exact quoted ship-by date by opening your order details and clicking where it says “Not shipped” at the top. That is the only place to view the real estimate. As far as I can tell, it is not shows in the phone app anywhere.

*COLOR NOTE* These are very thin so the lighter colors will look lighter than usual. For example the aquamarine comes out looking almost like baby blue and the light pink comes out almost as light as vintage pink. The darker colors are not as affected by this.

Rubber bands are not included. Any small rubber band should work. If you want more than one color, they are made in batches of three, so if you order more than three, you can include a note at checkout or message me after purchase with your other color choices. The butterflies are 6 x 4 inches. I can make them other sizes as well, message me for details. This flying butterfly is made of high-quality plastic, not paper like others seen online. It can be used many times and is not easily damaged. You can place a few in a book or card and have it fly out when somebody opens it. Be careful when shooting. They flap everywhere, so keep away from your eyes.

How to use:
Spin the butterfly's head about 25-30 rotations. Put the butterfly toy in a book or card. When you open it, the butterfly will fly out.

Being a 3D-printed item, each will be slightly different. Layer lines and other imperfections may be visible.
