I made a purchase but can't download the file.

I purchased an overlay pack from my mobile phone, and I don’t understand where to download it.

We highly recommend making purchases while logged into your Etsy account from desktop devices. This ensures that you can easily access and download your files from the "Purchases" section of your account. For the best experience, sign in and complete your purchase on a computer, as files cannot be downloaded on mobile devices. Additionally, it is recommended not to sign in or make a purchase using Apple ID from a mobile device. In some cases, the system may not retrieve your email address, which means you won’t receive the download link. This may also cause issues logging in later on a PC with your Apple ID.
