This was handmade and designed by myself! Ever wanted to make your own Woodland Bishop of the Old Faith? Well now you can with this detailed step-by-step pattern! This pattern has been fully tested by 5 testers, who all did such an amazing job! (Acknowledgments are at the end of the pattern with photos and usernames of testers).

This pattern can be made with any DK weight yarn as well as bulky weight yarn! Just make sure you’re using the same yarn throughout and be sure of hook sizing!

To make Woodland Bishop you will need:
3.5mm and 2.75mm crochet hook
Approximately 100 yds of 8ply acrylic yarn
Fabric or acrylic paint in red
Pipecleaners for the head details
Felt fabric sheets in green and black
Poly-fil or other stuffing
Sewing needle
Scissors
Pins

The finished size o f your Woodland Bishop can vary depending on your hook and yarn
size but if you use the same as me it will be (approx) 22cm tall (from the tip of
the crown to the base o f the body), 8.5cm width at the base.
Recommended for Advanced Beginner skill level. Pattern in English, using US Crochet terminology.
