Custom and personalised orders

If you have any ideas for a completely custom order then please just message me and I am sure I can create something for you.

Is the message just for the inside?

No! This can be in and out, just please add a note onto your order explaining what you want and I will create it for you. Please make sure you select 'Yes' on 'Add Message' as this costs an extra 50p.

Can I send the card directly to the recipient?

Yes! Just select "Send To Recipient (Gift)" and make sure to put their address in the delivery section at the checkout.

Do you offer tracking?

Any orders in the UK over £20 automatically get signed for postage. Any orders to the rest of the world over £40 automatically get tracked postage. I also offer tracking as an upgrade on shipping when you check out.

What are your last posting dates for Christmas?

Please consider these last post dates when ordering for Christmas. United Kingdom: 2nd Class - Friday 13th December 1st Class - Tuesday 17th December International: Europe - Monday 2nd December Rest of the world - Wednesday 13th November

My order hasn't arrived, can I get a refund?

Refunds/replacements are given out if your item doesn't arrive and is classed as lost. This is 10 working days after the due date for UK orders and 30 working days after the due date for International Orders.

Returns and exchanges

All items can be returned or exchanged as long as I am contacted within 14 days of the item arriving. Personalised items are exempt from this and cannot be returned or exchanged due to them not being resellable.
