All Cotton Twist products are lovingly made by hand in our West London studio, and all components are 100% plastic free.

We know how important it is to receive your parcels quickly & so we aim to dispatch all orders received by 11.00 am (GMT) on the same day, Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays.*

We offer two types of delivery with Royal Mail:
- Standard (ESTIMATED 2 - 3 working days)
- Tracked RM 24 (1 working day)

Please note that the Standard delivery is not a guaranteed service. If you require a tracked or guaranteed service, please choose the 1 Day option.

For INTERNATIONAL Orders
We offer International shipping via Royal Mail International Tracked so you can track your order anytime you like! Expected delivery within 10-15 working days.
